At a very young age, Leia Organa had already accomplished what most would dream of doing in a lifetime. Leia had been a leader in the Alliance to Restore the Republic, she had been a member of the Imperial Senate and last but not least, she was a member of the Royal Family of Alderaan. However, it would not be until later in life that Leia would learn of her true heritage.

Everyone had known that Leia Organa was adopted into the Royal Family. The key fact that many did not know was that Leia was the daughter to Anakin Skywalker who was a Jedi Padawan who eventually gave into the dark side and became Darth Vader. She was one person in a set of twins who was born in secrecy and protected from Darth Vader and the Emperor. It was Obi-Wan Kenobi that secretly had Leia brought to the planet Alderaan where she would be taken care of by a friend of Kenobi named Bail Organa. The boy in the set of twins was Luke Skywalker, who was taken to the world of Tatooine.

Leia followed in her adoptive father's footsteps and soon took an interest in politics. She became the youngest senator in the Imperial Senate as she represented Alderaan. Leia often used her diplomatic immunity to gain access to restricted areas that others could never go.
